Rapunzel's Policies
- We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
- All of our prices are "start at" prices. Prices may vary due to length, density, hair condition, complexity of service, and stylist performing the service.
- Please do not use cell phones while receiving services.
- Be on time for appointments. We have the right to reschedule your appointment, or reduce the amount of services for the remaining time allotted.
- We love children, and enjoy doing their hair. However if you are receiving a service and your child is not, please make other arrangements for them during your appointment. There are too many dangers in a salon, including sharp scissors, hot tools, and chemicals to tempt the little ones, along with disturbing other clients. If you choose to bring your child or children and we feel they are being disruptive or in harms way, we reserve the right to charge you a fee for the inconvenience to other clients.
- Groups of 5 or more will be charged 15% gratuity.
